ForwardHealth System-Wide Outage We are currently experiencing a system-wide outage impacting point-of-sale, eligibility verification, claims, and related systems. Claims and prior authorization requests cannot be processed at this time. We do not currently have an estimate on when this outage will be resolved. Providers are encouraged to use professional judgment and continue supporting members, including dispensing medications when appropriate or providing a limited supply when eligibility cannot be confirmed.
