Adult Long-Term Care Programs

Long-term care (LTC) is any service or support that people may need because of a disability, getting older, or a chronic illness that limits their ability to do the things that are part of their daily routine. This includes things such as bathing, getting dressed, making meals, going to work, and paying bills. Click here to see what's new!

This area is intended for administrators and providers of adult LTC programs. For information specific to members and participants, visit the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) site.
