	Claim suspensions with error code 911 ForwardHealth is aware of an issue in which claims are suspending with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) code 0000, "This claim/service is pending program review," and error code 911. This is the result of an internal system error. Providers should continue to submit claims as they normally would as we work to resolve the issue.

Katie Beckett Medicaid is for children under 19 years old with long-term disabilities or complex medical needs. Children who are not eligible for other Medicaid programs because their parents' income or assets are too high may be eligible for Wisconsin Medicaid through Katie Beckett Medicaid.
