It will be part of a new online tool, Wisconsin Provider Finder, that Wisconsinites can use to find both health care and residential providers and facilities. It lists Medicaid providers from the current Find Care tool, and Division of Quality Assurance (DQA)-licensed or certified facilities from the current DQA Provider Search tool. This page will redirect you to the new tool once it launches.
