- The point-of-sale (POS) system will be inaccessible from Saturday, March 14, 2026, 8:00 a.m. until Sunday, March 15, 2026, 4:00 p.m. Central Time, due to scheduled maintenance. Pharmacies are encouraged to fill prescriptions for ForwardHealth members during the time POS is unavailable. Pharmacies can reprocess the claim on Sunday evening or Monday morning.
