BusinessObjects Upgrade to 4.2.5

The Department of Health Services is upgrading BusinessObjects to version 4.2.5. During the upgrade, all BusinessObjects tools, including Webi, will be unavailable from Thursday, October 25, 2018 – Sunday, October 28, 2018.

Here are steps you can take right now to prepare for the outage:

• Identify BusinessObjects reports you may need to access or refresh during this outage period.
• Prepare to access or refresh your identified reports prior to the outage.
• Contact the DSS HelpDesk or LTC HelpDesk with any major concerns regarding the accessing or refreshing of the reports before or after the outage.
