The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) encourages all providers of home and community-based services delivered under one of Wisconsin’s adult long-term care (LTC) waiver programs to attend an adult LTC provider enrollment townhall. The townhalls are in preparation for the new Medicaid provider enrollment process, starting for adult LTC providers in September 2024. Adult LTC waiver programs include Family Care, Family Care Partnership, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct).
The townhalls will cover topics related to the adult LTC provider enrollment project, the expected enrollment timeline, and information about provider training. The content of the townhalls will be the same, so you will only need to attend one session.
