ForwardHealth recently sent a message indicating that effective on and after November 9, 2023, providers should have their National Provider Identifier or Medicaid provider ID ready when calling Provider Services. Due to ongoing maintenance, the implementation of these changes has been postponed to November 30, 2023.
Following the November 30 implementation, providers will also be asked to state the reason for their call.
