ForwardHealth has expanded its ability to accept digital scans required for prior authorization (PA) through the ForwardHealth Portal (the Portal).
As of September 10, 2026, when submitting PA requests, providers can upload digital orthodontic model scans in .3dm (Rhino 3D) along with these additional file formats:
