ForwardHealth Reimburses New Vaccine Procedure Codes
ForwardHealth reimburses providers for immunizations, including pneumonia, COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and monkeypox (mpox). The new Current Procedural Terminology vaccine procedure codes for these vaccines are listed below. The maximum allowable fee schedule lists reimbursement rates and is available on the ForwardHealth Portal.
