Online (Real-Time, Web-Based) Training Opportunities for Providers

Overview of the ForwardHealth Coordination of Benefits and the Commercial Insurance Process

Providers are encouraged to attend a training session on September 8, 2016, to increase their understanding of coordination of benefits (COB) between other insurance plans and ForwardHealth.

Registration

Providers do not need to register to participate in this online (real-time, Web-based) training session.

Participation

Online (real-time, Web-based) training sessions are facilitated through HP® MyRoom. Prior to attending a MyRoom session for the first time, providers will need to download and install MyRoom software. Access the "Information Regarding HP® MyRoom" document for basic information regarding downloading, installing, and using MyRoom.

Participants enter MyRoom by selecting the participant key below. Participants may enter the training session at 8:45 a.m. This training session will begin at 9:00 a.m. (CST) and end at 10:00 a.m. (CST).
