Medicaid PA Advisory Committee May 7, 2025 Meeting

** Medicaid PA Advisory Committee meeting will be a virtual meeting scheduled to occur May 7, 2025. Sign-in information for the meeting expected to be posted the week beginning April 28th.

Meeting Information: The next meeting for the Medicaid PA Advisory Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9:00am-3:00pm.  Department staff and their contractors will not meet with drug manufacturers from March 31st through June 20th, 2025, in order to prepare for and complete work associated with the meeting. 

Speaking requests will be accepted beginning March 31, 2025, through April 25, 2025. Please do not submit speaking requests prior to March 31, 2025.

  • Prior to requesting a speaking time or submitting written testimony, please review the Public Participation and Public Testimony section of the Medicaid PA Advisory Committee Department Guidelines for more detailed information.
  • Only one speaking slot will be permitted per company or organization for a maximum of two individual drug classes. However, multiple speakers per company or organization will be permitted to share the same four minute time slot per drug class.
  • Speakers may only provide testimony regarding drugs included in the specific drug class assigned to each four-minute time slot.
  • Speakers are required to submit a Prior Authorization Committee Public Testimony Registration form to register for a speaking slot prior to the meeting. Registration forms must be submitted by email to:DHSWIPDL@Wisconsin.gov
