  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required for the secure ForwardHealth Portal. Providers are encouraged to refer to the ForwardHealth Multi-Factor Authorization Instruction Sheet for help setting up MFA preferences.

Provider Electronic Solutions Claim Submission Software Training

Provider Electronic Solutions (PES) claim submission software allows providers to submit electronic claims using an 837 transaction.

There are currently no group PES software training sessions scheduled. However, providers who are currently using (or who would like to use) PES software may contact the following Provider Relations Field Representatives for assistance or to request an individual PES training session:
