Allowable POS codes for the behavioral treatment benefit are listed in the following table. Behavioral assessment and treatment may occur in the home, community, or clinic. Based on standard Wisconsin Medicaid definitions of POS that constitute "home" and "clinic," the following codes are allowed.

Note: When behavioral treatment services are provided in community settings, such as parks, public libraries, or stores, providers should list POS code 12 (Home) on the claim.
