  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required for the secure ForwardHealth Portal. Providers are encouraged to refer to the ForwardHealth Multi-Factor Authorization Instruction Sheet for help setting up MFA preferences.

Information you need

ForwardHealth recently improved the design and readability of its emails for providers and other stakeholders. In addition to providing critical policy, system functionality, training, and benefit information, these emails have a more pleasing design and include ForwardHealth contact information and links to unsubscribe or change preferences.
