ForwardHealth Updates The ForwardHealth update panel allows the user to search for updates by Update Year, Provider Type, Program, or keywords. Results matching the user criteria will display allowing the user to view the update information in a PDF format.

Field Descriptions

FieldName

Description

Clear

Select the clear button to reset any previous search results or criteria entered.

Keyword

Enter a word or phrase to filter the search results.

Program

Select a value from the program drop down to filter the search results by a non-Medicaid program area.

Provider Type

Select a value from the provider type drop down to filter the search results by a Medicaid provider type.

Select the search button to request the updates that match the entered search criteria.

Update Year

Select a value from the update year drop down to filter the search results by a single year.
